Primary Red

Welcome we are a happy, lively team who love bringing learning to life. Miss Weaver is our class teacher, and she is joined by Miss Leggett and Miss Webster, our fantastic teaching assistants. Together, we make every day exciting with activities that are fun, creative, and full of opportunities to explore and discover. Our goal is simple – to make learning something the children look forward to every single day!

Our classroom is a busy, buzzing place where children learn through play, indoors and out. There’s always something going on – building, balancing, riding bikes, digging, painting, and lots of chatting, singing and interacting! Sensory play is part of our everyday routine, both in the classroom and in our specially designed sensory shed, where children can explore textures, lights, and sounds in a calm, engaging space. Communication is at the heart of everything we do, and we follow the semi-formal Equals curriculum to make sure every child can thrive. 

We keep in touch with parents through Class Dojo and ParentApp, share learning on Evidence for Learning (EFL), and enjoy a weekly swimming session every Wednesday.
